(Grain Valley, Mo., Sept. 16, 2009) – The Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) will conduct a Business Management Seminar Oct. 27-29, 2009 at its headquarters in Grain Valley, Mo.

“Anyone thinking about becoming an owner-operator will find this seminar highly valuable,” says Tom Weakly, Foundation Director.  “Especially those seeking their own authority, or those who will be operating the business aspects of a small trucking company.”

The OOIDA Foundation developed the curriculum for the seminar based on feedback from members on what types of information are most beneficial for those entering the business or for improving existing business practices.
