5/13/08-A bill in the Assembly Transportation Committee is intended to take garbage trucks off local roads.
Sponsored by Assemblyman William Barclay, R-Pulaski, A9395 would allow the New York State Department of Transportation to establish routes for trucks carrying hazardous materials.
