10/3/08-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has vetoed a bill – SB1361 – that sought to require people found guilty of driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher to submit proof of installation of ignition interlocks in order to have their driving privileges reinstated.

8/28/08-A bill has been cleared to move to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s desk that would require people found guilty of driving with a blood-alcohol content of 0.08 percent or higher to submit proof of installation of ignition interlocks in order to have their driving privileges reinstated.
