10/2/08-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has signed a bill into law that authorizes the Riverside County Transportation Commission to operate two high-occupancy toll lanes, or HOT lanes, in both directions of Interstate 15. It includes congestion pricing.
The new law, previously AB1954, encompasses the roadway stretching from the San Bernardino County line to state Route 74.

8/12/08-A bill awaiting a Senate floor vote would authorize the Riverside County Transportation Commission to operate two high-occupancy toll lanes, or HOT lanes, in both directions of Interstate 15. It would include congestion pricing.
Sponsored by Assemblyman Kevin Jeffries, R-Lake Elsinore, AB1954 would encompass roadway stretching from the San Bernardino County line to state Route 74.
If the bill clears the Senate it would move back to the Assembly for final approval before heading to the governor’s desk.

7/28/08-A bill in the Senate Appropriations Committee would authorize the Riverside County Transportation Commission to operate a high-occupancy toll lane, or HOT lane, project on Interstate 15. The Assembly already approved it.
